Key Responsibilities:

Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50+ pounds continuously throughout the workday.
Cash Handling Skills: Proficiency in cash handling procedures, debit/credit transactions and maintaining accurate transaction records.
Customer Service Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries or concerns promptly.
Animal Care and Aquatics: Experience in or willingness to learn about pet care, including proper handling, feeding, and maintenance of animals and aquatic environments.
Professionalism: Drama-free attitude with maturity and professionalism in all interactions.
Work Ethic: Hardworking, diligent, and possesses common sense with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Flexibility: Availability to work anytime, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Punctuality: Dependable and punctual with excellent time management skills.

Qualifications:

Previous retail management experience preferred.
Knowledge of pet care products and industry trends is an asset.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Passion for animals and commitment to their well-being.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
