Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently pick orders with precision and accuracy, ensuring products are properly handled and package for shipment.
Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and assisting with order-related questions.
Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean, organized warehouse and ensure inventory accuracy.
Assist in inventory management task, such as restocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and identifying discrepancies.
Uphold company policies and procedures while consistently meeting performance metrics and service level agreements
Requirements:
Previous experience in order picking is preferred but not required. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
Comfortable using technology and learning new software systems.
Ability to pack objects, work on your feet, using tape gun and shrink wrap.
