Role Description
Are you someone that sees the glass half full? Is your positivity contagious? Are you, driven, well organized and looking to be part of a great team for well established brands? This is a full-time, on-site role for a BILINGUAL, Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative located in Mississauga, ON. The role involves responding to customer inquiries and providing information about company products and services, following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, processing orders, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales goals.
Ultimately, this role is focused on delighting the customer base by:
Ensuring customers are delighted with our products and services
Ensuring store inventory levels are appropriate
Promotions are communicated to customer locations
Providing online and technical sales support
Up-sell and cross-sell with direct customers when appropriate
Assist in opportunity-generation/cultivation through leveraging CRM database and networking
Qualifications
3+ year of customer service and/or inside sales experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly organized and detail-oriented
