As a Customer Service Agent for our call centres, you’ll support our clients with their financing needs including personal loans, lines of credit and mortgages. You’ll have a positive impact on clients with your listening and advisory skills.

Your compensation

The salary starts at $23.50/hour. We also offer a program to reimburse tuition fees.

Your job

Take calls from clients
Answer questions related to financing products (personal loans, student loans, lines of credit, mortgage loans)
Listen to clients’ needs and offer personalized solutions
Help clients use our banking applications
Refer clients with specialized needs to the correct sector

Our Client Contact centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Your work schedule is variable, and you’ll be informed of your schedule three weeks in advance.

Learning and development

You’ll start with a training program lasting 6 to 8 weeks. Your on-the-job training will focus on learning how to help clients over the phone, and you’ll be supported by a trainer.

Prerequisites

High school diploma
Customer service experience
Aptitude for building strong relationships and proactively establishing ties with clients
