– Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
– Provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing
– Process customer transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments
– Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Follow company policies and procedures

– Previous experience in customer service is preferred
– Basic mechanical knowledge or experience in the automotive industry is a plus
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
