**Customer Service Representative**
**Duties:**
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, and email
– Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
– Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
– Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
– Enter customer data and update account information in the system
– Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
– Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
– Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
**Skills:**
– Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
– Fluent in English
– Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
– Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
– Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction
