ISC Wireless is expanding and looking for driven individuals to join our team as a Customer Sales Associate. In this role, the Customer Sales Associate will connect directly with customers, introduce AT&T’s internet and wireless solutions, and support clients in selecting services that improve connectivity and day-to-day operations.
This Customer Sales Associate opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and developing real-world sales and communication skills. As a Customer Sales Associate, you will play a key role in representing AT&T’s products and helping customers make informed decisions.
Customer Sales Associate Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in person to present AT&T internet and wireless services
- Answer questions and recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Assist with new enrollments, upgrades, and account support as a Customer Sales Associate
- Support the sales process from initial interaction through follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly goals as a Customer Sales Associate
- Stay up to date on AT&T promotions, products, and service offerings
Customer Sales Associate Qualifications:
- 0-2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred for a Customer Sales Associate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a customer-facing, performance-driven environment
- Reliable, goal-oriented, and eager to grow as a Customer Sales Associate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
