Key Responsibilities:

• Coach Customer Experience Representatives on service excellence

• Drive omni-sales program execution using effective technology

• Identify customer needs and suggest improvements

• Support customer engagement activities and events

• Manage inventory processes and store operations

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in customer service or operations roles

• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development

• Knowledge of health and safety standards

• Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds

• Bilingualism in French and English required in Québec
