Customer Onboarding Representative Jobs in Toronto at InfoFlo Print
We are looking for a representative to join our customer onboarding team. The requirements would be to speak with customers and setup our software based on their needs.
Our software is a SaaS solution for print shops. After the customer signs up, they send us their inventory, machine costs and product pricing sheets. Our system is built using Excel functions with variables and conditional fields. Your job would be to add all products for the customer based on these specs.
We are looking for people who have advanced experience in Excel or have a background in engineering. The salary shown is only a starting salary and will increase once the candidate has proven that they can onboard customers.
