Job Title: Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist
Location: Mississauga, ON or Montreal, QC (Hybrid) 3 days in office, 2 days from home.
Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to support customer accounts, manage order processing, and ensure accurate communication between customers and internal teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and fluency in both French and English.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other channels.

Process and manage customer orders and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. -
Provide updates and resolve inquiries related to orders, shipping, and product availability.

Collaborate with sales, logistics, planning, and shipping teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Maintain accurate customer account information and documentation.

Identify and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of service.
Must-Have Qualifications

Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal). -
3+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support. -
Experience working with ERP or CRM systems (J.D. Edwards, EDI, Salesforce, or similar).

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). -
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requests.
Work Schedule

Hybrid schedule: 40 hours per week -
In-office: Tuesday – Thursday

Compensation
-
$55,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on experience.
