• Lead and develop a customer service team in a hybrid model

• Collaborate on shipping timelines and product availability

• Provide operational expertise in SAP

• Implement demand planning initiatives with sales teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years management experience in customer service

• Five years’ experience in call center settings

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP
