In this vital role, you will be the primary contact for Almita’s clients, nurturing relationships with installers and end users. Your mission includes understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions throughout the sales process. This position demands attention to detail in client data management and accurate order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for clients during projects

• Review RFQs and prepare detailed sales quotes

• Process customer payments and issue receipts

• Liaise with internal teams for project execution

• Monitor inventory levels and provide sales forecasts

Requirements:

• 2+ years of inside sales experience preferred

• Experience in the construction/manufacturing industry is a plus

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems

• Must be able to work independently
