Responsibilities

As a

Customer Care

Supervisor, lead and supervise a team of three tenured employees in a hybrid

work environment

. Drive strategic initiatives, aligning with competitors and our US team to ensure consistent customer

service excellence

. Enhance

customer satisfaction

through

innovative solutions

and meticulous

attention to detail

. Foster a

collaborative

environment that empowers employees to thrive and succeed in their roles.

Analyze and optimize performance metrics to continually elevate our customer service standards. Qualifications At least three years of experience as a Supervisor or Manager in a

customer-centric

environment. Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively, with a track record of success. A strong understanding of key manufacturing processes and supply chain issues. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a keen ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

Excellent

communication skills
