Duties:
– Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
– Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
– Resolve customer complaints or issues in a courteous manner
– Up sell products or services to increase revenue
– Communicate effectively with customers in a day to day basis

Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
– Ability to analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
– Strong sales skills to effectively upsell products or services
