Job Description
Respond to Client calls and emailed requests according to established protocols and procedures.
Dispatch service/job to Orkin Canada operational teams, and document communication for tracking.
Act as a managed client liaison.
Escalate and direct client complaints and issues to proper management.
Work with client 3rd party services (e.g., FMpilot, Verisae, ServiceChannel, Corrigo) for customer communication.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements
Exceptional English language communication, written and verbal.
French language verbal communication skills are an asset.
Outstanding customer service manner.
Must pass a criminal background check.
