Full job description
The opportunity:
As a cultivation team member you will be working hand in hand with the master grower to ensure that all duties are completed in accordance with room scheduling. This role encompasses all aspects of the growing process from propagation to harvest as well as assisting in packaging and trim. You will be required to learn and adhere to standard operating procedures, which includes, but is not limited to, cleaning and sanitizing all workstations and equipment on a regular basis.
Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand or kneel for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Safe and reliable transportation
1 year experience an asset
