About: Investiflex is an early stage fintech startup.
We provide a fully integrated quant trading system, providing access to predictive models, signals, and portfolio frameworks. Unlike most platforms, we offer full end-to-end investment capabilities: from AI modeling to trading strategies to order-to-execution logic. Our customers are crypto exchanges, hedge funds, trading firms in need of smarter, AI-driven tools to manage and optimize their investment strategies.
What we are looking for: We are seeking a highly technical CTO with deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and modern software architecture to lead the next stage of development of an AI-driven trading technology platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI systems, strong software engineering and cloud infrastructure skills, and the ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions. This is a leadership role requiring both strategic vision and active involvement in system design, AI model integration, automation, data pipelines, and platform reliability.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including senior technical leadership roles.
- Deep knowledge of AI, machine learning, and large language models (LLMs), including practical experience deploying AI systems in production.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern software development practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and scalable software architecture.
- Experience designing and managing data pipelines, databases, and real-time processing systems.
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, vector databases, RAG systems, and AI agents.
- Ability to evaluate, select, and integrate emerging AI technologies into commercial products.
- Experience building and leading engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and managing developers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
