CSR (Customer Service Representative) Jobs in Canada at Global Alliance Home Improvement
We are looking for permanent full- time Sales Associate/Customer Service Representative for our Glencairn location. (right behind Base Borden in Angus)
Responsibilities:
Creating a welcoming environment by greeting all customers as they walk through the doors. Providing excellent customer service by ensuring the customer takes priority. Assessing customers’ needs to be able to provide information and assistance about products and services. Maximizing sales opportunities by recommending accessories/add on they might need for proper installation methods. Being knowledgeable to answer questions regarding products. Following up with customers through phone and/or email. Processing invoicing, credit memos, receiving payment and sending purchase orders through QuickBooks according to company policies. Checking stock with QuickBooks, our Glencairn location and/or suppliers. Ensuring the pricing on samples and display items is up to date, creating and changing labels as required. Maintaining presentable visual merchandising by keeping samples and displays in order. Maintaining housekeeping standards at all times throughout the store and the warehouse. Being able to work independently and as a team with other co-workers. Following company policy and procedures. Keeping all customers’ personal information such as addresses, credit card info and all our suppliers’ details and pricing confidential. Other duties as assigned from time to time.
This person will be working out of our Glencairn location Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and at our Wasaga Beach location every second Saturday 10am – 2pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
