CSR – Customer Service Representative

Aptco Appliance is seeking a reliable individual for a Customer Service Representative role in our fast-paced front office.
The successful candidate:
· Will be punctual, neat, tidy, and possess strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
· Be able to work well with others as well as independently.
· Have excellent communication skills and above average customer service skills.
· Will have strong computer proficiency.
· Knowledge with ePASS software an asset.
· Will strive to constantly improve skills and maintain customer relationships.
· Will have a positive attitude.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
· Answering incoming calls professionally and arrange service calls accordingly.
· Create service tickets via ePASS software program.
· Monitor and respond to customer emails.
· Assist other front office staff members as required.
