Job Description

In this role you will:

· Answer client inquiries

· Complete orders

· Process transactions

· Be accurate and detail-oriented

· Handle several tasks and changing priorities

· Respond to and resolve customer inquiries using standard procedures and escalation protocols

· Connect both verbally and in writing with clients, other department staff or peers in a calm, courteous, professional and effective manner

· Assist the team by respecting coworkers and remaining dedicated

Be willing to upgrade skills

Have a good attendance record

Requirements:

· Completed Post-Secondary Education or high school diploma with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

· Fluency in English is a must, both written and verbal (additional languages an asset)

· Be available for evening and weekend shifts

· Attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task

· Well-developed listening, customer engagement and service skills, both on the telephone and in-person

· A strong communicator, both written and verbal

Comfortable working in a fast-paced call centre environment; is able to take initiative.

· Proficient keyboard skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Our Office is located in Toronto (North York) just off of Hwy 401 and DVP, and is accessible by TTC transit. Free parking is also available for those who drive. Hours are full-time (40 hours/week), with assigned shifts available between 8:00AM and 8:00PM Monday through Friday, and weekends.

Candidates must be available to work full time, be flexible with shift start times and be able to work weekends on a rotational basis.
