– Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a professional and courteous manner
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
– Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the database
– Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
– Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
