We are currently looking for a friendly and energetic inside sales and customer service representative with the ability to also assist with office management and organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional administrative and customer support. If you have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Answer all inbound telephone calls and email responses to customer inquiries.

Listen, understand and help resolve issues for customers.

Input all orders and customer information into the system, generating quotes and updating orders.

Troubleshoot customer issues and work with internal teams to help work through problems that arise.

Continually improve quality and response time for customer inquiries. Issue invoices and accept returns, following company procedures. Must be meticulous, focused and have attention to detail.

Deal with walk in customers in a helpful manner

Help back staff with order picking and with returned inventory

Help back staff with counting and inspection of returned Rentals

Assist with filing and office organization

Required Skills

Must be able to multi task

Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills

Must be able to function well in a busy environment

Must have good time management skills

Excellent file management skills to maintain accurate records

Must have a good work ethic

Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal

Must be able to work Saturdays

Friendly and courteous to customers and co workers under all circumstances

Must be able to work in a team and also independently when required

Good analytical skills and accounting skills are an asset

Mature and responsible personality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 44 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

French not required

Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Education:

Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

Call center: 1 year (preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Office: 1 year (preferred)
