CRR – Customer Relationship Representative ( Full Time) Jobs in Mississauga at World Meats

Afternoon Shift 2:00 PM -10:30 PM
The Customer Relationship Representative (CRR) is responsible for supporting all World Meats Sales Representatives in establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with all customers on behalf of the company, including accountability and responsibility for each customer contact and ensuring that all customer requirements are satisfied.

Key Role Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with the Customers, Management, Sales Team, and Operations Team to ensure customer orders and needs are satisfied.
Strong written and Verbal communication, including follow-through (accountability)
Provide consistent excellent customer service with every interaction.
Process customer orders in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner – while working in tandem with World Meats in-office team parameters.
Effectively present and discuss the products and services of the company to customers
Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently, and with solid communication skills
Attend to customer(s) questions, complaints, and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
Team player including supporting operations and management as required
An opportunity to grow into:
Upselling – during conversations offer add-on products complement the Customer Proposal
Cold Calling – making cold calls to potential customers as required on behalf of World Meats
Administrative
Receiving all phone and email orders
Responding both efficiently and effectively to all customer inquiries, questions/issues, facilitating satisfactory resolution
Follow systems and procedures outlined in company manuals
To compile and maintain all required online and hard copy paperwork, records, documents, and invoices that are required to create and finalize orders.
Review orders and invoices for accuracy.
Skills and Requirements
Minimum two years experience in an office setting (sales or customer service)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Professional phone manner and presence
Excellent initiative, communication, and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and upbeat attitude
Ability to identify and meet customer needs and requirements
Understanding the customer’s objectives
Must be hardworking, a self-starter, and a problem solver
Demonstrate effective organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently
Able to engage customers through open dialogue and fact-finding
Must be proactive and resourceful
Shift; Monday-Friday 2:00 pm -10:30 pm
