The CRM & B2B E-commerce Manager is responsible for the planning and development of compelling content and email personalization strategy focusing on driving traffic online (Flagship, B2B). The CRM & B2B E-commerce Manager is helping to define and deploy best-in-class customer experiences on the digital platform. Our website is more than a shopping experience; it also represents the pinnacle expression of our brand.

As such, this person helps execute a strategy that unites content and business goals in a way that engages consumers and drives high-converting shopping experiences.

RESPONSABILITIES:

Participate in the development of a strategic plan for email marketing to determine objectives for email and personalization performance.

Establish the content calendar aligned with topical needs, buying cycle, customer segment/lifecycle,

merchandising

(ETA) and promotional plan. Plan and maintain the newsletter calendar;

Develop email

communication

and personalization plans, including, preparing all email briefs for creative and copywriting.

Evaluate inventory positions, projections, and sales globally and by region to select products to be featured in newsletters and on the website. Work with the Web Merchandiser to ensure commerce pages are merchandised accordingly. Weekly reporting & monthly presentation. Evaluate and measure effectiveness of overall content and email performance by segment including setting key performance indicators.

Work with the sales team to maintain mailing lists. Monitor and analyze the growth of the subscriber list, work to retain our customers and reduce the churn rate.

Responsible for the content coordination, site content setup and activation for campaigns and other content initiatives.

Ensure proper

communication

and cooperation with the various departments and

collaboration

with IT set priorities for site enhancements. Raise issues, modifications and participate in testing. Research trends in fashion, email marketing and web content. Competitive analysis and aspirational brand comparison.
