Role Responsibilities
- Design and optimize CRISPR-based gene editing experiments.
- Develop cloning strategies to create constructs and cell lines.
- Perform genotyping, PCR assays, and sequence analysis for validation.
- Design DNA and RNA sequences for experimental and screening workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure data for AI training.
- Apply molecular biology techniques to study cellular and molecular systems.
- Document experimental procedures and results with clarity and precision.
Requirements
- Strong experience in CRISPR and gene editing workflows.
- Strong experience in cloning, genotyping, and PCR-based assays.
- Strong expertise in sequence design and molecular screening strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills in molecular biology and cellular systems.
- Ability to work independently in remote, research-driven environments.
- Degree in Molecular Biology or a related field.
