The Job
As a Crew Member, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Every day brings something new, and you’ll work closely with a team that supports each other and takes pride in what they do.
Role highlights include:
- Greeting guests, taking orders, and processing payments quickly and accurately
- Preparing food and beverages to McDonald’s quality standards
- Communicating effectively with team members and Managers
- Using smart retailing skills, such as upselling and suggesting add-ons, to enhance the guest experience
- Assembling and managing dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders
- Working flexible, rotating hours — days, nights, afternoons, and weekends

Previous experience in food service or retail — as a barista, server, cashier, or sales associate — is helpful but not required. What matters most is who you are:
