Overview: As a Crew Member at BarNaan, you will play a pivotal role in our team, contributing to the smooth operations and exceptional service that define our brand. Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service to all customers, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
Food Preparation and Presentation: Assist in preparing and presenting our diverse range of food and beverages according to Barnaan’s standards.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Uphold cleanliness standards in all areas, including the kitchen, dining, and service areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and maintain a supportive, positive work environment.
Stock Management: Assist in inventory management and stocking supplies as needed.
Adherence to Procedures: Follow established procedures and protocols for food handling, safety, and quality control.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within the food service industry is required, with a preference for candidates who have experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
Food handler certification – an asset.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt to Barnaan’s standards and procedures.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
