We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Duties:
Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions
Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
Assist with stocking inventory and restocking supplies as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Skills:
Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional Guest experiences.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
Be able to work under pressure while maintaining food safety standards.
Ability to work well in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in food service or kitchen environment is a plus
Have a strong work ethic, be punctual and responsible.
