Join Our Team as a Crew Manager!
Are you ready to lead a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch exterior services? We are seeking a reliable and motivated Crew Manager to join our ranks. If you’re hardworking, determined, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 2-3 crew members in a fast-paced, fun environment.
Oversee and perform exterior services including window cleaning and power washing.
Develop and implement strategies for excellent customer service, communication, and sales.
Unlock pathways for advancement not only during this summer season but also in future summers.
Qualifications:
Available to work full-time (30-40 hours/week) throughout the summer (May through July/August).
Access to reliable transportation to and from job sites, as locations may vary daily.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
