About Us
Our client is a fast-growing, family-owned leader in commercial landscape, facility, and snow & ice management. They take care of commercial, industrial, HOA, and healthcare properties — and they take care of their crews too.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a crew out in the field on commercial landscape sites
- Train newer team members and set the pace for quality work
- Get the job done alongside your crew — this is a hands-on role
- Keep equipment, vehicles, and job sites safe and organized
- Stay on through winter (if you’re up for it) to help with snow & ice and get familiar with sites for spring
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of landscape experience, including some crew lead time
- Valid driver’s license and able to pass a background check
- Bilingual (English + Spanish) strongly preferred
- Comfortable leading people and working hard outside
- Reliable, takes pride in the work
