Crew Leader/Installer Jobs in Salt Lake City, UT at Western Fence Co
Western Fence Company, Utah’s oldest fence company, has been in business for over 78 years. We are currently looking for qualified individuals to help build our expanding team. We are looking for those who are hardworking and take pride in their work.
We are currently seeking fence installation crew leaders. We are looking for applicants who have at least 3 years of PROFESSIONAL fence installation experience with chain link, wood, ornamental iron, and vinyl fence.
Job Requirements Include (but not limited to):
- Lead a crew of 1-3 laborers
- Correctly interpret contracts/plans for projects
- Speak and Read English
- Be willing to perform heavy manual labor (digging post holes, carrying 80-120 pounds such as posts and concrete bags)
- Be able to pass medical, background and drug tests (new hire and random)
- Experience with hand tools including saws, nail guns, and small equipment such as skid steer, mini-ex, and one-man
- Basic math
- Have a VALID UTAH driver’s license
- Have at LEAST 3 YEARS of PROFESSIONAL fence installation experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 – $40.00 per hour
