What You’ll Do
As a Crew Chief, you will regularly lead a small team (2–5 people) through jobs while working alongside them.
This is a hands-on, physically demanding role.
You will:
- Lead your crew on residential and commercial jobs
- Interact directly with customers and represent the company
- Set pricing and guide customers through the process
- Load, remove, and haul items (furniture, debris, etc.)
- Keep jobs moving efficiently and safely
- Ensure your crew performs at a high standard
You are not standing back managing — you are in it with your team.

About the Work
This role is physically demanding. You will:
- Lift and carry heavy items (70+ lbs regularly)
- Work on your feet most of the day
- Work indoors and outdoors in all conditions
- Interact with customers throughout the job

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
