We’re seeking a Design Manager to lead our creative team. This role demands a unique blend of creativity,
technical prowess

project management
acumen. The Design Manager will spearhead the creative direction across various platforms, with a specific focus on vehicle wraps, interactive solutions, and branding.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a designer team by supervising and integrating design elements for vehicle wraps, interactive projects, and branding ventures.
* Guide and inspire a
diverse team
of designers, ensuring a cohesive and inventive approach to all endeavors.
* Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their vision and transform it into compelling design solutions.
* Be the first point of contact between the design team and clients.
* Manage the design process from conception to execution, ensuring projects meet the highest standards and deadlines.
* Coordinate with manufacturing and interactive technology teams to ensure execution feasibility and quality.
* Keep abreast of the latest design, vehicle graphics, and interactive technology trends, integrating them into our work.
* Cultivate a culture of creativity,
collaboration

within the design team.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media, or equivalent practical experience.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in design roles, demonstrating a successful track record in vehicle graphics, interactive design, or related fields.
* Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, vehicle wrap design, and/or interactive projects.
* Proficiency in leading design software like Adobe Creative Suite, coupled with familiarity with interactive technology tools.
* Exceptional
leadership
abilities with experience managing a multifaceted design team.
* Outstanding
