Full job description
THE POSITION:
Armco Hose and Fittings Calgary is currently seeking to fill a full time position of an inside sales/customer service representative. The chosen applicant must be an outgoing and gregarious individual who enjoys dealing with a variety of clientele with a positive attitude. The right candidate must be able to perform in many different facets of the business with excellent multi tasking skills. A mechanical aptitude is required to ensure proper assessment of customer needs. The role requires a high degree of organization and excellent attention to detail. The applicant must be punctual, reliable and have hydraulic and industrial hose experience.
Job duties
Greet all customers with a positive and enthusiastic approach
Assess customer needs and provide best options for clients
Order taking, processing and fulfilment via counter, email and telephone.
Must excel in working with a team to collectively get the job done.
Hose assembly.
Short order purchases.
On-site assessments and Vendor managed inventories,
Assist in organizing and prioritizing orders and outgoing shipments.
Inventory maintenance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Minimum 2 years Industry experience
Minimum 1 year counter sales experience
Education/ certificates required
High school diploma or equivalent
Class 5 drivers license
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
