About the Company
Our client is a national Food Manufacturing company. They are seeking a Finance Manager, Costing who will be responsible for costing leadership across the business, working closely with plant finance and commercial teams. The successful candidate will own standard costing processes in SAP, support budgeting and forecasting cycles, and provide detailed analysis on cost drivers and variances.

About the Opportunity
- Own and manage standard costing processes within SAP, including setup, maintenance, and periodic updates
- Manage costing assumptions and inputs for budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Analyze weekly actuals and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and consistency of cost data
- Partner with Plant Finance and Commercial teams to explain cost drivers, variances, and financial impacts
- Support audit requirements, internal controls, and IFRS compliance related to cost accounting
- Develop ad hoc financial analysis, modelling, and insights to support decision-making
About You
- 4-6+ years of Cost Accounting experience
- Strong business partnering skills – partnering with plant finance and commercial teams
- CPA or MBA is an asset
Salary Range
$120,000 – $150,000/year (Higher end reserved for Sr Manager+)
