Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cosmetician. As a Cosmetician, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
– Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
– Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
– Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures
– Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
– Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized sales floor
– Ensuring products are always in stock through proactive planning and utilizing the POS system
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in cashiering, retail sales, or customer service is preferred
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
– Flexible availability (day, evening, weekend)
