McEwan Events and Catering team is seeking a full-time Corporate Customer Service Representative.

This exciting and great opportunity is at our Shops on Don Mills location in North York.
Interact with clients in person, by phone, and by email; gather ambiguous information and efficiently transfer it into the internal database.
With speed and accuracy, arrange, review and finalize deliveries.
Other administrative duties assigned.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and listening)
Knowledge of food, menus and, ideally, experience in a similar capacity
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility in working hours, including working on weekends.
Intense multitasking and organization skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience with e-commerce and Caterease is a bonus!
