Job Summary

Duties
- Operate various manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently across different shifts
- Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly techniques to complete production tasks
- Work on assembly tasks that vary from simple to more technical.
- Handle heavy materials manually or with forklifts while adhering to safety standards in production
- Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the manufacturing process to maintain high standards
- Assist with warehouse organization, inventory management, and material handling as needed
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment and manual handling procedures
Requirements
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred but not mandatory; training provided for the right candidates
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with mechanical assembly is highly desirable
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus but not required (training available)
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and interpreting technical drawings or schematics
- Experience working on assembly lines or in a warehouse environment is advantageous
- Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely and repeatedly
- Commitment to maintaining safety standards in production environments and following all safety regulations

Pay: $17.00 – $32.00 per hour
