About the Role:
The Core Receiver assists the Core Coordinator with the daily receiving of customer exchange, brokered repair, and return items. This position ensures that the material processed meets the requirements to facilitate aircraft part repairs and collaborates with stakeholders to expedite this process.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities
Receive incoming customer items for stock or distribution to internal shops or external repair vendors.
Inspect all aircraft products for the correct tagging, condition, and accompanying paperwork.
Ensure that the information matches the product and is adequate to repair the item.
Receive and process all products electronically; Enter all necessary data into the tracking database, assign location codes, and forward products to designated places.
Complete all required tags and labels to ensure compliance with the General Procedures Manual.
Prepare documentation parts and labels for review by class inspection authorities.
Compare the physical products to all paperwork provided and identify discrepancies for part identification, condition, and noting damage for future reference.
Work with warehouse staff to offload trucks and verify shipping contents to the correct Airway Bill or Bill of Lading.
Inspect incoming shipments for damaged or missing boxes and documenting them appropriately.
Provide general upkeep of the receiving and surrounding area outside (garbage, sweeping, skid removal, and breaking down of lumber, cardboard, etc.).
Segregate all non-conforming parts and materials for active investigations.
