Coordinator, Marketing and Communications
Join our National Marketing Team and help bring campaigns to life across email, web, social, events, and internal channels. This position is ideal for a marketer in the early stages of their career who enjoys learning, transforming ideas into well-crafted, brand-consistent content, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. As a member of the National Marketing Team, you’ll be responsible for developing creative briefs, oversight of campaign deliverables, development and oversight of work-back schedules, timelines and tracking to ensure those deliverables remain on schedule as well as within budget.
Reporting to the National Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing and Communications, you’ll be part of our firm-wide marketing team working at a national level. This is a full-time role based in downtown Toronto (4 days in office, 1 day work from home). You may occasionally work outside standard hours to support priority campaign launches and firm-sponsored events.
What You’ll Do In Your First 90 Days
- Get up to speed on our brand, tone, approval processes, and core tax service offerings.
- Own day-to-day coordination for campaign deliverables (briefs, timelines, status updates, routing for review).
- Support the build and launch of at least one multi-channel campaign—from kickoff to post-launch wrap-up.
- Bring recommendations to improve consistency and project tracking.
As a Coordinator, Marketing and Communications your responsibilities will include:
Project Management:
- Coordinate national marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., email, web, social, digital, events, sponsorships), ensuring deliverables are produced and launched on schedule.
- Create scope of work documents or creative briefs for campaigns or campaign elements, documenting project details, reporting requirements, deliverables, work-back schedules, timelines, and costing.
- Engage with designers, writers, digital and/or external vendors to ensure they understand the scope of work outlined within each creative brief.
- Responsible for the end-to-end project management process while providing ongoing communications and status updates on all projects to your key stakeholders.
- Manage the processing of relevant invoices, with appropriate approvals, and track budget spending.
- Organize and support regular meetings and/or calls with your stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with your internal and external stakeholders.
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Content Development:
- Route creative brief submissions to the right teams (design, writing, digital) and track progress to completion.
- Quality-check assets: proofread and edit marketing content across formats from draft through final.
- Ensure deliverables meet brand standards and align to campaign goals.
- Coordinate reviews and sign-offs to ensure compliance with legal and professional standards.
- Provide recommendations on content and channel mix to help stakeholders reach campaign objectives.
- Support distribution of approved content using standard tools and processes.
- Other duties as required.

- Diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field/equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of marketing experience (B2B or professional services is a plus).
- Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Planner, Optimizely or similar) to track tasks and deadlines.
- Competent Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, editing/proofreading skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
- Able to juggle multiple requests, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across various levels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (or other design tools), project and content management platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Committed to learning, asking questions and working collaboratively with a dynamic team.

Our salary ranges are reviewed annually, and where you land within the range depends on a mix of factors—your background, your skills, and how your contributions align with internal equity. To help start the conversation, the current salary range for this role is $56,500–$68,200 in Toronto. If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors.
