As a Cook, you will report to the Culinary Manager and be responsible for preparing and delivering meals for residents, guests, and staff. Key skills include menu planning, food safety compliance, and large quantity food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver meals for residents and guests
• Review menus and production sheets prior to meal prep
• Ensure adherence to food safety and handling techniques
• Complete daily temperature audits for storage areas
• Participate in planning special occasion meals
Requirements:
• Food Handler’s Certificate required
• Experience in large quantity food prep preferred
• Knowledge of dietary regulations and healthy eating
• Ability to lift and transfer heavy items
• A Vulnerable Sector Check is mandatory
