About the Position: The Converting Packer will assist the Operator in preparing finished products for shipment.
What you will do as a Converting Packer:
Strictly adheres to the company policies and procedures
Performs first-off quality inspection with another operator to check that product meets customers’ requirements
Neatly packs product in cartons as per docket specification
Places boxes on skid with appropriate labels to prepare for shipping
Maintain a clean working area
Assist in any other duties required by the Converting Machine Operator
Requirements (Job Specification)
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in manufacturing or related field is preferred
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills and desire to work with other team members

Schedule: Flex Life Schedule
12-hour shift, 3 days per week
Rotating every 2 weeks days and nights (7:00AM to 7:00pm OR 7:00pm to 7:00AM)
Location: 2237 Industrial Park Road Innisfil, ON L9S 3V9
Must be able to reliably commute to work – own transportation.
