Salary: This position has an annual salary range of $73,422.00 to $89,738.00 commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Status: Full-Time, permanent.
Hours of Work: 36 hours per week
Location: The primary work location for this position will be a home office.

About the Role
The Contract and Partnership Manager plays a critical role in ensuring Open Door Group meets its contractual, compliance, and performance obligations across a diverse portfolio of funders and partners. Reporting to the Director, Business Enablement, this role is responsible for managing funder requirements, monitoring contract performance, and supporting strong relationships with funders, partners, and internal service delivery teams.
This position uses data informed practice, clear communication, and collaborative leadership to support effective service delivery, adapt to evolving funding environments, and ensure alignment between contract objectives and organizational goals. The role includes people leadership and participation in special projects and organizational initiatives.
What You Will Do
Lead Contract Performance and Compliance
You will ensure contracts are delivered effectively and responsibly by:
- Collaborating with department leaders to support integrated service delivery
- Monitoring contract performance, client volumes, and key indicators to inform service delivery planning and improvement
- Monitoring contract budgets and identifying opportunities to maximize funding utilization
- Interpreting contract requirements, eligibility criteria, and milestones and translating them into clear operational guidance
- Supporting the development and implementation of frameworks and workflows to ensure contract objectives are met
- Preparing, reviewing, and coordinating timely and accurate funder reports
Build and Maintain Strong Stakeholder Relationships
You will act as a key point of contact by:
- Managing relationships with funders, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinating funder requirements including reporting, data gathering, approvals, and meeting preparation
- Ensuring partner agreements and governance frameworks are documented, tracked, and operationalized
- Supporting quality assurance by responding to feedback, identifying root causes, and recommending service improvements
- Supporting the Executive team with the development of the Annual Business Plan and other funder reporting
Build and Lead High Performing Teams
You will support people and performance by:
- Leading and supervising direct reports through coaching, goal setting, and performance management
- Supporting staff learning, development, and engagement
- Coordinating schedules and approving leave to ensure service continuity
- Leading hiring, onboarding, and probationary processes for direct reports
- Supporting staff through complex stakeholder or customer situations
- Acting as a subject matter expert in contracts, compliance, policy, and customer excellence
Support Service Development and Innovation
You will contribute to continuous improvement by:
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and customer experience
- Recommending process and system enhancements to Program Design and leadership
- Participating in leadership meetings, audits, and special projects
- Staying current with sector trends, best practices, and emerging funding models

What you bring to the position
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 to 5 years of recent and relevant experience
Experience and Skills
- Demonstrated experience building and sustaining high performing teams
- Experience managing contracts, compliance, or funder relationships
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including interpreting trends and performance results
- Experience using CRM systems and Office 365 applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with staff, leadership, funders, and partners
- Ability to write clear, accurate, and concise reports
Special Conditions of Employment:
- Required to provide a satisfactory criminal record, including a vulnerable sector check
- Must be able to work flexible hours
- Must have the ability to work on a computer for extended hours at a time
- Occasional travel may be required
