Content Writer, Solution Design for a Technology Company We are looking for a creative and diligent Content Writer to join our Solution Design Team in Toronto. Alertdriving® has been the
innovative
leader in the global driver risk management space for almost 25 years. Its world-class enterprise technology platform, Fleet Defense®, is used by many of the biggest and brightest companies on the planet.
The ideal candidate will enjoy producing detailed content of the highest quality for our enterprise-class software platform, using established standards and processes with a high degree of
precision
. This individual will play an active role in the solutioning of a client’s program ensuring the client’s requirements have been met. Key responsibilities and skills:
· An

· Practical

and ingenuity while working within approved organizational systems and technology
· Assist in the creation of the optimal solution by selecting the precise content for clients based on their requirements, collision analytics and operational constraints
· Create and manage all aspects of custom content for our clients, including but not limited to policy testing, policy consultation, and client specific video content
· Liaise between account teams to ensure that client’s projects expectations are met
· Manage and prioritize maintenance of our 25,000 lessons across 75 countries and 125 languages
· Ensure that the Alertdriving® and Fleet Defense® brands are represented appropriately in presentations, marketing material and social media
· The ability to plan, prioritize and balance multiple projects, while maintaining a high-quality work rate
· Support content by using established processes to address inquiries and complaints
· Friendly and instructive presentation skills and style Job Characteristics
· Each day will be different from the next with a variety of content requests from different departments internally
· Work within established systems, standards and procedures to produce content

fast-paced
position, often managing multiple content projects simultaneously
· Open flowing
communication
and organizational relationships are important Helpful experience:
· Post-secondary
education
and an interest in technology
· A willingness and enthusiasm to learn new things fueled by inherent curiosity
· A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a content creation, writing or creative role
· A track record of creating and maintaining content in a professional environment
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Apple’s OS
