The search is on for a Content Director for market leading CHYM 96.7 & Country 106.7!
What you’ll do:
As the Content Director you will be responsible for all aspects of programming content creation and brand experience for our two stations in Kitchener.
You’ll lead talent development, music scheduling, managing content staff, crafting imaging, digital/social media content generation and developing revenue generating activity.
You’ll ultimately be accountable for delivering the audience goals for both stations.

***For an exceptional candidate there is also the opportunity to explore the role of National Programmer – Country. A senior role for within our Audio business leading a collection Country stations nationwide. As National Programmer you’d be responsible for editorial direction, content creation, brand experience and talent across our Country stations***.
