Role Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured market research interview on AI contact center solutions
  • Share insights on vendor evaluation, product selection, and decision-making processes
  • Provide feedback on AI contact center tools, including Genesys AVA
  • Discuss alternatives considered and overall product experience
  • Contribute expert perspectives to support research and analysis

Requirements

  • Strong experience in customer experience, contact center, or related leadership roles
  • Strong experience evaluating or using AI contact center solutions
  • Familiarity with vendor selection, product evaluation, and implementation processes
  • Strong communication skills to clearly articulate insights and feedback
  • Experience in roles such as CX leadership, contact center management, or similar
