Creative Technology Innovations is seeking a motivated and dependable Processing Team Member to join our growing consumer electronics operation. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
You will work hands-on with consumer electronics including iPads, laptops, and other devices as part of our processing and refurbishment workflow.
Responsibilities
- Process and handle consumer electronics accurately and efficiently
- Assist with testing, grading, cleaning, and organizing devices
- Maintain organization of inventory, workstations, and workflow areas
- Follow operational procedures and quality standards
- Work closely with team members to hit daily production goals
- Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking team members
- Assist with data entry and basic computer-based workflows
- Identify issues and escalate problems when necessary
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning software and device workflows
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to help the team succeed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/operations environment
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Prior experience with electronics or warehouse operations is a plus, but not required

Compensation
- $18–$20 per hour
