This role is an excellent opportunity for a technology consultant who is passionate about helping organizations modernize the way they collaborate, communicate, and manage information. Accountabilities

  • Consult with clients to assess business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and design modern productivity solutions that enhance collaboration, communication, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and deliver Microsoft 365 projects, including implementations, migrations, governance initiatives, managed services, and user adoption programs.
  • Configure, deploy, and support technologies such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and related cloud services.
  • Build automation solutions, workflows, dashboards, and business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other productivity tools.
  • Provide technical guidance, escalation support, and subject matter expertise to internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, standards, best practices, processes, and training materials to support consistent service delivery.
  • Facilitate user training and change management initiatives to drive successful adoption of implemented solutions.
  • Participate in peer reviews, knowledge sharing, process improvements, and the ongoing development of scalable service delivery models.
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance client outcomes through emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, IT services, systems administration, or a related role focused on Microsoft productivity technologies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, Power Platform, Purview, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Experience leading Microsoft 365 migrations, tenant consolidations, adoption programs, and cloud transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of data governance, compliance, retention policies, eDiscovery, and information protection practices.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph, and cloud identity technologies, including SAML-based federation.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing and governing Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot-related capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience delivering user training, change management initiatives, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills in both client-facing and internal environments.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada and residency within Canada.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly valued, particularly those related to Teams, Power Platform, Compliance, Azure Data, and Collaboration technologies.
