Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate HVAC projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-standard management software. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety standards and client specifications. The Construction Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and review project plans, blueprints, schematics, and construction estimates using tools such as Blueprint reading, Construction estimating, and Schematics.
- Utilize construction management software including ProCore, Fieldwire, Bluebeam to plan, monitor, and document project progress.
- Able to read and interpret SMACNA specifications and construction drawings
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met within scope and schedule.
- Manage project budgets by tracking costs and adjusting plans accordingly; prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment while maintaining adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Lead project meetings to communicate progress, address issues promptly, and update schedules using Time management techniques.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies; conduct site inspections regularly.
- Manage Site Instructions, RFI, Change Orders, contractual obligations, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience
- P.Tech, MIT or BEng. designation with related job experience
- 3+ years project management experience in Construction is a must
- Experience working with MS Office and other construction management software
- Effective time management skills
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Bilingualism would be an asset

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
