What You’ll Lead
- Full lifecycle management of residential construction projects
- Scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and material planning
- Jobsite oversight to ensure quality workmanship and on‑time delivery
- Direct communication with homeowners throughout the project
- Plan reviews, scope verification, and change order management
- Problem‑solving in the field to keep projects moving smoothly
- Running project meetings and holding teams accountable
What You Bring
- 5–10 years of hands‑on residential construction experience
- At least 2 years of estimating experience
- Deep knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Experience working with subcontractors and schedules
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- CSL a plus
- Experience with Docusketch and Xactimate a plus

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project flow.
- Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards; conduct regular site inspections.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings to guide project execution accurately.
- Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and contract negotiations to optimize resources.
- Ensure timely completion of all project phases by applying effective time management and project coordination skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in construction site operations.
- Solid understanding of project scheduling techniques and construction estimating procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings accurately.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, teams, and vendors.
- Knowledge of contracts law related to construction projects; familiarity with project management methodologies is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
